No Compromise

Your ways O Lord are not mine

For I am the branch, You are the Vine

I am called to always abide in You.

Not my words, but this is Your truth.

There is no complacency in how I live.

Every fibre of my being, unto You I give.

You have my heart, my soul, my life.

There is nowhere unto You where I can hide.

I am called in You to stand firm.

To be a Warrior Bride, not a sluggish worm

For work to be done is without strife

No time to waste, with no compromise.

Refusing to bow down to my enemies.

With their evil plans & pure heresy

I am called to be a light in the dark

In a world of compromise, so stark

Always yielding to You Abba Father

Not giving in to gossip nor slander.

Living out Your commandments each day

For You called me by grace through faith

No compromise in any given direction

Choosing to live with 100% perfection.

This life to You I completely surrender.

You are my Hiding Place, My Defender.

There simply is no room for negotiation.

Not now, not ever in any situations

In You is nothing but a firm foundation

Moving forward in You with profection

There is no compromise, none at all.

May I always stand firm, never to fall

This life to You, I completely succumb.

Your will when all is said & done.
