Time to wake up!

 

 

 

The following is not an easy read for the words are quite challenging

But still please do listen and see if our hearts need re-examining

Yes, this is a statement for both of us, for I am by no means exempt

Upon reading through; this is not to cause anger or any sort of contempt

This is a wake up call in these days that are getting darker

As this year moves further forward, daily challenges will become much harder

 

I have stressed the following  over and over; many times before

Which I implore you to take heed otherwise into the furnace you will fall

For I am telling you now that the stage has already been firmly set

Make sure you are on the narrow path; therefore don’t look to the right or left

For I am telling you this and it is definitely for your own good

Don’t be fooled into thinking you are ok; don’t shoot yourself in the foot

 

For as much as heaven is real, realise this, so is this place called hell

If you do not know Jesus, then this is where you will forever dwell

This isnt a joke and I am definitely not messing around

But this is something where I firmly need to stand my ground

It is my role as a Believer in Christ;  to reach out to the lost and unsaved

I so want to see you in heaven; to be saved through God’s amazing grace

 

All those who do not know Jesus as your Saviour and best friend

All liars, fornicators,Sinners, unbelievers sadly to hell Our Father will send

There will be wailing, gnashing of teeth and torment for all eternity

With no escaping, for you have set your path and this is with certainty

Not even every so called Believer will enter these heavenly gates

Unless you change your ways; adhere to the gospel then it will be too late

 

Don’t be taken in by preachers who just want to tickle your ears

With no talk of sin or hell trust me for them and you, it will  end in tears

I wont lie for unless you are saved and born again into the kingdom of God

I cant stress enough that when the day of judgement comes, you will be sent to hell to rot

The Christian road is not easy and you will be tested beyond your limits

But this is no time for you and I to lie down; we are to be bold and not timid

 

Will you take the road that is straight and narrow and not vear off to the left or right

And will you be willing to study and meditate on God’s word day and night

Will you give up all your idols such as tv, money, sport – the list goes on and on

Would you be willing to lay down and cry out to God when all is said and done

This isn’t a joke and trust me God is not to be messed around with

For it is your choice whether you give up the fight and choose to live

 

Do not be ashamed of the gospel; this is an urgent warning for you to take heed

Or would you prefer to give into this world of nothing but fear and greed

You need to know if you read this all the way through that Jesus’ time is so near

For this world the way it is going is on the road to disaster this I need to make clear

There is a time coming when a one world religion will soon be birthed

And a cashless society just round the corner again soon to be unearthed

 

You may laugh and jeer if you have read these words all the way through

But please know your time on this earth is short and believe me this is very true

So what will you do – turn your head away in shame or stamp your feet

As well as wanting to carry on as a part of this world and if so I plead

Make haste; check your heart; surrender to the one who loves you very much so

For I have said time and time again that Jesus truly is your friend & not your foe
