Do you know The Father
Or to know Him would you rather not bother
For if you do not know our Saviour
It was not in vain that He laboured
To free you from this world that you live
For you my child He has so much to give
If you know Him personally then do not stumble & fall
For it was for you that He gave His everything, His all
So, the time for the Lord to return is coming soon
And in His house, there are many rooms
Are you ready? Are your affairs in order?
I beg you to please not in any way falter
I am telling you this because time is so short
For you Jesus paid the biggest price for you so do not be caught
Out for I would pray that each day you would cry out to Jesus
Through prayer plus through reading His Word He keeps us
Strong and gives us strength to get through each & every day
Jesus is the only one who through our life has the final say
Will you take the straight and narrow path or will you step out of line?
For if you do then know this that along the way satan will be behind
And lead you down wicked and lonesome paths to which you don’t want to go
Trust me this I know first-hand and the evil one is your enemy and not your foe
You surely do not want to end up in the prison and darkness of hell
As you will suffer eternal death and damnation for life in this fiery well
Do you have peace with God? Tell me are you ready?
And worthy for the day He comes for you are you steady
And steadfast, anticipating with butterflies in your heart
For the eternal life Our Father had planned for you from the very start
Before you were born plus know this, He knows you inside out
So be ready and willing & make sure in your heart there is no doubt
Of his never-ending love he has for you since before time began
God made you in His image, you were made just as He planned
So, if you know who you are in Christ put on your armour
And be ready to do battle and through trials you will have peace & be calmer
Enter into your secret place to do battle in prayer & pour out your tears
& as I said be faithful by studying, meditating and have no fear
For Jesus has your very back so pray earnestly day & night
As for your daily battles you need to make sure that you fight
As well as remaining steadfast in the Father’s love no matter what
For you do not want to be left behind as I am sure in hell you don’t want to rot
I urge you as you are reading this poem to make sure you are right with God
For your house to be in order without a tittle or a blot
