Faith not to be shaken!

Lord I know You are forever present

For of my being You are the very essence

No one will shake my Faith, I mean no one

For You are my rock when all is said & done

Satan is bound in his bottomless pit

This is certainly no lie or any fib

 

You are coming again for Your spotless bride

when you ascend from the clouds I will not hide

But be here ready & waiting for Your return

My lamp will be lit & my candle will burn

Like a thief in the night, You will be there

 With Your arms open wide – my Soul is laid bare

 

Come what may I will remain steadfast in You

I will not hide my face or be aloof

I can’t wait for the day when Yeshua is at Your side

Knowing my name will be in The Lambs Book of Life

I am so thankful  that my faith in You is so sure

Through your gift of salvation life in You is secure 

 

I know I have let You down countless times

On this earth with so many mountains to climb

You said life as a believer would never be easy

All I long to do is to obey & to please Thee

I am ashamed of my life where I constantly fall

But You are my Father, it is only You I adore

 

You hear my cries of help in times of trouble

Picking me up, carrying me through the rubble

With a tear stained face I can’t stop crying

Inside I feel as if I am purely just dying

It is in these times I remember Your light

At the end of the dark tunnel with an end in sight

 

Running through the dark I have a goal

Life as I know it has taken its toll

Your standing patiently waiting with arms open wide

I collapse into Your arms where I hold on so tight

Picking me up we dance into the night

I know that in Your safety everything will be alright

 

Tears of heaven raining down on me

I lift my head upwards with delight, laughter & glee

Lifting Holy hands I start praising Your name

My troubles & hurts being washed by the rain

Dropping down on my knees with my head bowed

My refuge in You alone I have finally found
